Aside from your actual presentation and sales activities, you’ll be expected to run between 10 and 12 appointments per week. This activity is derived from a constant source of qualified leads. These are not “pre-set” appointments, but rather appointments that you are personally responsible for setting. That’s because we, as an organization, believe there is no better quality appointment than one you’ll set for yourself.
How many leads you receive each week will be based on your own individual sales ability. However, once you have gained sales momentum, you should expect to receive 20 leads each and every week.
Although you will find that leads are sometimes in your back yard, more often than not, they’re somewhere within a 0-100 mile radius of your home. That means we’re looking for “road warriors”.
Although estate planning can be perceived as complex, having a background in the financial services business isn’t a requirement. That’s because UPG has an extensive training program combining online, classroom and in-field instruction that provides you all the necessary information, support and mentoring to become a successful UPG representative.
